DELIVERY SCHEDULE
- We process and ship all our orders 5 days a week, with the exception of Fridays and Public Holidays.
- For Dubai orders, please place your order before 11 am to ensure next day delivery service during weekdays.
- For UAE orders we will aim to deliver your order within 24 hours. However, delays may occur that are outside of Pink Avenue‘s control. In the event that this happens, your order will be delivered within a maximum of 2 days.
- International orders will be delivered within 4 working days. Any additional delays through customs in your Country is not in our hands.
- Delivery fees within the UAE will be a Flat Rate of AED 10. Delivery fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
- A signature is required upon the receipt of the shipment.
- We ship with DHL Express.
- We ship to residential or office addresses only. Not to P.O. Boxes.
- www.pinkavenue.store will not deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the UAE law.
- DHL Express offers service to over 220 countries (not including sanction countries)
- Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
- Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
- Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Pink Avenue is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
- Pink Avenue reserves the right to add extra charges to the shipping delivery if your location is in a remote area.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY
If you are not happy with the product for a valid reason such as receiving the wrong product or size, defective product, damaged product, or tampered product, it is fine to return or exchange it. Please find below our return/ exchange policy:
- Request for return/ exchange must be made within 3 days from the date of receipt of the items.
- We accept merchandise that has not be worn, altered, or washed. And all original tags must be attached. Please return the item in its original packaging so we can send you another one or refund the payment. Please use a registered courier service.
- Garments must be sent back within 3 days of receipt of the free return documents to avail full refund. Alternatively a store credit will be applied. Items received after 10+ days will not be refunded.
- Free return travel documents are valid for 7 days.
- One free exchange/ return only, and for items above USD 200.
- The exchange is only available for a different size of the same item. Exchange request will be processed upon the receipt of your return item(s) and do allow 3-4 working days for us to prepare and ship. If the item is out of stock in the size you have opted for, a store credit will be issued instead.
- If you would like to exchange for a different item/s, please return for a store credit, and place a new order.
- Cancellations can be processed and fully refunded if the order has not been dispatched yet. Should the garment be already in transit, cost of delivery/return will occur. The cost of the garment will be reimbursed, minus carrier charges (both ways).
- Discounted items can only be exchanged for a different size. Refund only as store credit, and cost of return shipment to be covered by the customer.
- One free return per order, subsequent returns/ exchanges at own cost.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
- On non-garment purchases: Returns and refunds do not apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours.
- Refunds will be made back to the payment solution you had used initially when you bought the item.
- Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
